Cites & Insights 8:2 (February 2008) is now available.

The 24-page issue (PDF as always, but all articles are also available as HTML separates) includes:

When I chatted with a few of you at Midwinter, I may have expressed concern that the February issue might be some combination of late, short and peculiar, since I didn't think I had any of it written (I forgot about the Offtopic Perspective).
